INSCRIPTIONS

At BS Bischheim, registration like renewal, it's 5 steps:

Reminder : Before registering, contact the club's STAFF to give it a try and check availability in the teams you wish to join. NB: Any finalized registration constitutes acceptance of the Internal Regulations.


Important : You will then need to send the following information by email: Name ; First name ; Date of birth, Email address to trigger the process. You have the contact page provided for this purpose in particular.

STEP 1

Receipt forme-LICENSE

You have received an email titled: [FFBB - e-LICENSE] - License request from the club GES0067086 - BISCHHEIM BS

If you haven't received anything, there are several possible reasons:

  • Check your spam,
  • the email address provided is not valid,
  • you have not paid for your license from the previous season.

If you are in one of these cases, talk to the coach who will relay the information to the club coordinator.

2ND STEP

Necessary documents pre-registration FFBB

  • Medical certificate and upgrade,
  • ID photo,
  • ID.

NB :

The medical certificate is not necessary for all categories, check on the form if the medical questionnaire is sufficient to validate registration.

You must be able to answer no to all questions otherwise a medical certificate is necessary.

If a medical certificate is required it will be valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

STEP 3

Entering the e-LICENSE

  • Enter yourdate of birthat the top right in DD/MM/YYYY format
  • Click on the 2 images described on the screen then “I’M GOING THERE”
  • Check the informationabout you
  • Fillyour wishes: competition, leisure, functions in the club
  • Dropyour supporting documents: double-sided identity document, medical certificate, health questionnaire
  • Insurance: Enter the necessary information to better protect the player if you wish.

STEP 4A

Regulationse-LICENSE

After completing the 3 previous steps, you can pay your contribution as follows:

  • Species
  • Checks payable to “BLACKSTAR BISCHHEIM”
  • Online with PAYASSO


Payment of your contribution must be given to a member of the Coaching Committee, an employee or a member of the Steering Committee.


For any information, contact the coach who will relay the information to the Sports Coordinator and/or the President.

STEP 4C

Receipt ofe-LICENSE finalized

You will receive under 15 days the e-LICENSE by email directly from the French Basketball Federation

Before receiving the e-LICENSE, the coach will not be able to select the player for a match.

However, the player will be able to train in the club once the file has been validated.

STEP 5

Internal regulations

The internal regulations are available to any member and non-member who would like to read them before, during or after affiliation with our sports association.

This adopted, it is imperative to respect it, joining us is in fact adhering to it.
